Pick one of our signature trips which are led by J Sandifer. We will be starting the season with a trip to one of our favorite places, Hermit Island. This is a yearly Maine experience for hundreds of families from around the Northeast. We will use our camp on Hermit as a base to fish, kayak, hike, surf, bike and just enjoy the beach! Our crew will then head up the coast to camp on a private farm outside of Camden.
In August we will venture to the Moosehead Lake Region to enjoy everything the lakes region has to offer. Kayaking will be out your van door! Fish, hike, bike or relax in the hammock, while taking in the amazing views. The crew will hit two different spots that will showcase the beauty of Moosehead Lake.
Our signature experience is everyone's favorite National Park in Maine, Acadia! We will lead this trip anytime, but have a set week in Sept. The adventuring up the coast of Maine we will spend the night at a private farm in Camden, before pulling into our site on Mt. Dessert Island. The legendary carriage trails will be just outside your van door for hiking, biking, horseback riding and sightseeing. The campgrounds private lookout over the cliffs to the Atlantic Ocean offers a stunning sunrise! Add kayaking, whale watching and the town of Bar Harbor and we will stay 3 nights prior to heading back down the coast!
